While visiting family we decided to explore what the city offered in terms of property, and we are so grateful to have found Matthew to show us around. Knowing that we were not necessarily 💯 wanting to buy a home, he was still very gracious and patient, and also only showed us homes that fit within our particular parameters. He has a deep knowledge of this market. We fell in love with a property that hadn’t even gone to market yet, but because of Matthew we were able to view it before its listing went live.
